Telecommunications Technician

Short description: Provides technical support and training to all Mobile Device users including Android, iPhone, iPad, and future mobile devices as approved by Mobile & Remote Access (MRA). The incumbent will serve in the Dushanbe Customer Service Center (CSC) as an Information Management representative, provide basic network administration and provide administrative assistant services to the Information Management office. Will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for the Embassy Mobile Device service contract executed by the General Services Office (GSO) Contracting Office, create Statement of Work (SOW) documents as required and interact with vendor representatives.
