Organize the work of the Preseller and Merchandiser and motivate them;
Develop and adjust monthly plans for visiting clients and traffic routes based on the category and specific tasks at each outlet;
Develop and adjust the criteria of effectiveness assessment of Preseller and Merchandiser;
Track the orders, received from Preseller and Merchandiser;
Exchange operational information with the Preseller and Merchandiser;
Organize and hold meetings with the Preseller and Merchandiser, discuss and help solve problems that have arisen along the route;
Interact with the Distributor for the filling out of outlets (TT) with the Company's products on the basis of received applications;
Control the quality of customer service by the Preseller;
Monitor the regularity of customer visits by the Preseller and Merchandiser;
Analyze and evaluate the work of the Preseller and Merchandiser; organize feedback on their quality of work;
Monitor the work of the Trade Representative on the document turnover (entering into contracts with customers, filling in invoices for refrigeration equipment, drawing up route schemes and reports);
Identify ways to increase sales and implement it;
Participate in the development of the strategy of sales and delivery of products of the outlet from the Distributor;
Provide the distributor with assistance in developing distribution, customer service and product delivery skills.
