1. Conduct preparation of manufacture, to supervise maintenance of manufacture with completing products, materials, tools;

2. Timely draw up all the necessary technical documentation, develop monthly production programs;

3. Ensure increased production efficiency and labor productivity, cost reduction, rational use of production resources, compliance of the products with the current standards of the company;

4. Analyze the work of production equipment, find opportunities to reduce the cycle of manufacturing products, perform work, identify production reserves, develop proposals for their use;

5. Manage the development of measures for there construction and modernization of equipment;

6. Coordinate the energy management of the plant;

7. To monitor the compliance with design, design and technological documentation, rules and regulations on labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety, requirements of environmental, sanitary authorities, as well as bodies that carry out technical supervision;

8. Ensure timely preparation of technical documentation;

9. Monitor implementation of the production plan and take measures to ensure rhythmic work, prevent and eliminate violations of the production process, efficient use of equipment, create favorable conditions for labor collectives to implement the production program.

10. Organize research and experiments, test new technology and techniques, as well as work in the field of scientific and technical information, rationalization and invention, the dissemination of advanced production experience.
