Title: Custodian Operator (FSN 03) Dushanbe- 2023-029

Short description: Under direct supervision of the Senior Custodian the incumbent cleans Embassy areas. Uses specialized janitorial equipment when appropriate to carry out assigned duties. Assembles and disassembles furniture to access areas for cleaning. Maintains the embassy Toolroom in order and tracks in/out movements of tools to ensure proper inventory and management controls. Responsible for periodic maintenance of tools and equipment. Lifts heavy equipment and supplies routinely. Backs up the Supply Clerk when needed. Assures that stock items are properly labeled and placed in proper locations, making best use of available storage space. Ensures the areas surrounding the FAC storage are free from debris and obstruction. Inventories items for quantities and conditions and reports overstock, shortages, and damages; follows established receiving, storing, and issuing methods and procedures.
