JSCThe First MicroFinanceBank is seeking to hire qualified, motivated andexperienced professional for the position of IT Risk and Information Security Officer for its head office inDushanbe.

The incumbent of theposition is responsible for conducting required overall study, identification,measurement and providing recommendations on the mitigation of market andliquidity risks based on the Bank policies requirements after the thoroughanalyses.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and evolve the security policy of theinformation systems; to enforce safety standards.

- Analyze the risks and the dysfunctions, themargins of improvement of the security systems;

- Establish an IT risk prevention plan;

- Participate in the definition and control of themanagement of authorizations and access levels;

- Data security and prevention of data leakage;

- Ensure the reporting of security problems byestimating the financial losses

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least an engineer / preferably Masters incomputer science, preferably with CISA, CISM, CRISC;

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant area,preferably in banking sector

- Knowledge of the field of security (ISO 27001,ISO 27002, ISO 27005)

- Knowledge of web-like technical infrastructures,SaaS & Cloud Computing,

- Knowledge of related GDPR, eIDAS, etc. standards

- Good drafting and communication skills in Tajik,English and Russian.
