Budget Analyst

Short description: Serves as a Budget Analyst/Accountant and responsible for the full range of budget and accounting work for US Government fund allotments. For a majority of the time, performs budget analysis and technical execution for the complete post-held US Government fund and other serviced allotments. The incumbent will advise Financial Specialist and Financial Management Officer, and various agencies and section managers at post. In the absence of other budget analysts/accountants, works as backup and performs all related duties.
